On the Northcoast in the township of El Sauzal Europlan 93 S.L.U. has design a freestanding country house in Canarian style with living area, four bedrooms, library, guest area and tropical gardens with pool. more
Country House La Matanza
At Risco del Perro on Tenerife’s Northcoast a freestanding single-family house has been designed. The house is composed of three floors, with guest area, tropical gardens and swimming pool. The objective of the masterplan was to provide a disabled friendly implementation. more
Country House Los Olivos
Surrounded by the golf course of Adeje on a 5000 m˛ property a country house in mexican style has been developed. The main building is separated and at the same time joined to the guest area by a tropical garden with integrated pool area. more
Residencial House Adeje
Situated next to Adeje’s golf course the freestanding single-family house with guesthouse and gardens has been designed and carried out. The premises enjoys uninterrupted views over Playa de las Americas and the Atlantic Ocean in the direction of La Gomera. more
Residencial House Los Perales
In the town of El Sauzal, in El Puertito has been designed a single-family house in mediterranean style on a property of about 500 m˛. The building comprises living- and sleeping area, granny-flat sleeping area, granny-flat and tropical gardens. more
Residencial House Costanera
On the Eastcoast of Tenerife, in the area of El Rosario on a 400 m˛ property has been designed a single-family house in Canarian style with living- and sleeping area. The premises enjoys a magnificent view along the coast. more
Casa Vista Azul
On the Island La Gomera, in the village Valle Gran Rey, La Calera on a property of about 250 m˛ a semidetached house was the subject for this project. The objective was to keep uninterrupted views of the valley of Valle Gran Rey and the Atlantic Ocean. more
